    Mobile food vending is now ready for the new normal with the CVC75 Vending Cart from Cambro. Designed to be configurable to meet day-to-day menu changes and food safety protocols for professional food service operations, the CVC75 is an excellent solution for mobile meal service as well as catering applications. This commercial-grade cart is molded from ultra-durable polyethylene plastic that is rust- and dent-resistant, so it is ready to be used in both indoor and outdoor venues. There is even a universal 1.5” umbrella hole in the Cambro CVC75 cart. It is also very easy to wipe down to maintain sanitation throughout the day. This cart has five 6” locking swivel casters with precision bearings and is designed to fit through a 36” door frame for easy maneuverability. Overall, the cart is 75” L x 33.5” W. The base is 38.75”H and, with the sneeze guard and shelf, the cart is 53” H. The accessories can also be removed during transport.

    The CVC75 is ready to meet the needs of restaurants and commercial kitchens. It is POS station ready and it is available with a 12” safety barrier and clear sneeze guard to protect against contaminants. Multiple features are available for maximum utilization of space to accommodate professional food service, including optional 12” and 6” merchandising shelves and extenders for featuring an assortment of food and beverages. The open base storage includes 3 storage compartments for mixing bowls, cutting boards, or other professional cooking tools and supplies. The two side compartments (17.3”x17.5) have pull-out shelves and the larger center compartment (18.3”x21.6”) is designed to accommodate an EPP300 or UPC400 carrier. The Cambro CVC75 is NSF listed and available in blue, red, green, carbon fiber, or in a Healthy Choices or Fruit & Veggie wrap.

    The top of the cart is designed to hold five full-size pans up to 6” deep. With the addition of Cambro divider bars you can maximize the food pan configurations to meet a wide variety of menu options. The open well design lets you take the Cambro CVC75 from a snack bar to a beverage service quickly and easily, and the pan wells drain from both ends when using ice.
