Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected when discovered, and Cook's Direct reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions after an order has been submitted, regardless of whether or not the order has been confirmed and the customer's credit card charged. If the customer's credit card has already been charged for the purchase, and the order is cancelled, Cook's Direct will issue a credit in accordance with our  Return Policy . Prices, title and risk of loss are F.O.B. our warehouse. Prices don't include taxes or shipment and may be changed without notice. Payment due within 30 days of shipment, net on open account less 2% for payment within 10 days of shipment. Visa, MasterCard, and American Express accepted for net invoice amount. Credit card arrangements subject to change. Open accounts available on approval. 

RETURNS

Our only warranty obligation is to replace any item proved defective in material or workmanship. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR PURPOSE, ARE DISCLAIMED.
