    Thanks to Cambro’s new Pro Cart Ultra carts, you can now transport a variety of foods, from hot to cold anywhere you need! The electric, heated Pro Carts are perfect for catering pizza, pasta, chicken wings and other hot foods to offsite events, concession stands or food trucks. And the passive and cold units are ideal for transporting foods that need to be chilled or kept at temperature. Need to transport both hot and cold foods? No worries, Cambro has a HOT/COLD Pro Cart that gives you the ability to transport both hot and cold foods at the same time!

    The Heated Pro Cart Ultras use gentle non-radiant heat technology within each compartment ensuring all foods are stored and transported at safe temperatures between 150-165 degrees Fahrenheit, the units also feature a solar digital thermometer and LED display messages to make it simple to monitor from a far. These units are designed with convenience in mind, thanks to the adjustable rails, these carts can accommodate anything from sheet pans, pizza boxes, trays and more. The Construction of these carts is CFC-free polyurethane insulation with a gray polyethylene shell, keeping the exterior of the unit cool to the touch.

    The Cold Pro Cart’s are powered by a thermoelectric cooling technology that allows the unit to cool down to 32.5-degree Fahrenheit without the need for a compressor. The cooled unit is also equipped with a digital controller, solar digital thermometer, and LED display screen, which allows the temperature to be easily adjusted and monitored as needed.

    The passive/non-electric units are fully insulated with CFC-free polyurethane with a polyethylene shell to deliver reliable temperature maintenance to ensure foods are always at safe temperatures for hours at a time.
