The Vulcan VC66ED Convection Oven Electric is a double-deck, deep-depth commercial electric convection oven designed for high-volume foodservice operations. Featuring a stainless steel front, sides, top, and legs, this unit provides two independent cooking sections for versatile commercial baking and cooking applications. Its total electrical input is 25 kW, with each section heated by 12 kW electric solid-sheath elements and equipped with a 1/2 HP, two-speed blower motor. Solid-state temperature controls adjust from 150°F to 500°F, allowing operators to select temperatures for different cooking requirements. Each porcelain enamel-on-steel oven interior measures 29"W x 26 1/8"D x 20"H, providing deep-depth capacity for commercial kitchen production.
Built for practical operation and flexible loading, the Vulcan VC66ED includes five nickel-plated oven racks per section, eleven rack positions, and positive rack stops.
