Each oven section features a 50,000 BTU burner, delivering 100,000 total BTU to provide strong heat recovery and consistent cooking performance during peak service. A ½ HP two-speed blower motor circulates heated air evenly throughout the oven cavity, reducing hot spots and improving baking uniformity across every rack. This even airflow helps staff reduce pan rotation and maintain consistent results even when ovens are fully loaded.
Built for durability in demanding foodservice environments, the VC44GD features stainless steel front, sides, top, and legs along with independently operated stainless steel doors with double-pane windows. Operators can easily monitor food without opening the doors and losing heat, helping maintain stable cooking temperatures.
Inside, the porcelain enamel oven interior and nickel-plated racks with eleven rack positions per section provide flexibility for baking, roasting, and reheating multiple products at once. An oven cool switch allows rapid temperature reduction between cooking cycles, helping kitchens transition quickly between menu items.
