Vulcan VC44ED Double Deck Electric Convection Oven
The Vulcan VC44ED Double Deck Electric Convection Oven delivers high-volume cooking output with consistent results for demanding commercial foodservice operations. As one of Vulcan’s most popular convection ovens and an ENERGY STAR® certified model, it combines efficient operation with versatile cooking performance. Solid-state temperature controls adjust from 150°F to 500°F, while the 60-minute timer with audible alarm helps operators manage cooking cycles. Each section features independently operated stainless steel doors with double-pane windows, two interior oven lights, and five nickel-plated oven racks with eleven rack positions, providing flexible cooking capacity and convenient product access.
Built for commercial durability, the Vulcan VC44ED features a stainless steel front, sides, top, and legs, along with non-sag insulation applied to the top, rear, sides, bottom, and doors. Porcelain enamel-on-steel oven interiors measure 29"W x 22 1/8"D x 20"H per section. Each section is heated by 12 KW electric solid-sheath elements and equipped with a two-speed 1/2 HP oven blower motor for convection cooking. A moisture vent and oven cool switch support practical operation, while the double-deck configuration maximizes cooking capacity. The oven operates on 208 or 240 volts, 60 Hz, single- or three-phase power and is NSF and UL listed.
