This floor-mounted stationary kettle is designed with a stainless steel pedestal base for stable installation and includes a 2-inch tangent draw-off valve for controlled product discharge. It is equipped with a spring-assisted cover for ease of operation and a stainless steel control housing. The unit is designed for steam jacket operation up to 50 PSI and includes standard Vulcan kettle features intended for commercial foodservice production environments.
