The Vollrath VCBT4-240 is the 240V variable-speed model in Vollrath's 4-series vertical contact bun toaster line, pairing the standard dual-sided contact-toasting platen (350°F-550°F adjustable heat, adjustable crown/heel compression up to 1-3/4") with an auxiliary bun warmer that lightly heats the bun's exterior. As with the VCBT4-208, this auxiliary warmer is the feature that distinguishes this model from the VCBT2 line.
