Vollrath VCBT2-208 Vertical Contact Bun Toaster, 208V, Variable Speed
The Vollrath VCBT2-208 is a vertical contact bun toaster intended for higher-volume operations, running on 208V power rather than the fixed-speed 120V VCBT2 models. It uses the same dual-sided heater platen concept, toasting both cut faces of a bun at once to help seal in moisture and prevent sogginess, and it frees up flat-top griddle space that would otherwise be used for toasting.
Unlike the 120V fixed-speed variants, this model has adjustable/variable speed control in addition to adjustable heat (350°F-550°F), letting operators tune throughput to demand.
