The Traulsen CLES-84HT-BN 84" 4-Drawer Refrigerated Equipment Stand, Bullnose Top provides high-capacity refrigerated storage directly on the cookline, keeping ingredients cold and within easy reach during food preparation and service. Part of Traulsen’s C-Series, this commercial refrigerated equipment stand features a self-contained, side-mounted refrigeration system using R-290 refrigerant and operates at 32-38°F (0-3.3°C) to maintain consistent, food-safe temperatures. Its front-breathing refrigeration system allows zero-clearance installation against adjacent equipment, providing flexibility when configuring a cookline. A water-resistant microprocessor control with LED display supports convenient temperature management, while the high-humidity evaporator coil is located outside the food zone. Measuring 84" wide, 34-1/8" deep, and 26-5/16" high, the unit features a stainless steel bullnose top and supports a maximum top load capacity of 1,500 lb. (680.4 kg).
Designed for organized ingredient storage, the Traulsen CLES-84HT-BN features four heavy-gauge stainless steel drawers with foamed-in-place recessed handles, durable drawer slides, and magnetic snap-in drawer gaskets. The right section accommodates three full-size 6" deep pans per drawer, while the left section accommodates two full-size 6" deep pans per drawer; pans are supplied by others. Easily removable drawers simplify cleaning, while approximately 2" thick high-density, non-CFC foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation helps insulate the cabinet and drawers. Eight 4" plate casters mounted on an adjustable channel system support positioning of the unit, and side, front, and rear access panels provide service and maintenance access. The stand operates at 115V, 60Hz, single-phase power with 1/5 HP and 4.5 amps and includes a 9' cord, plug, and plug retainer. A six-year parts and labor warranty plus an additional one-year compressor parts warranty is provided standard.
