The Traulsen CLES-60HT-ME 60" 2-Drawer Refrigerated Equipment Stand, Marine Edge Top provides high-capacity refrigerated storage directly on the cookline, keeping ingredients cold and within easy reach during food preparation and service. Part of Traulsen’s C-Series, this commercial refrigerated equipment stand features a self-contained, side-mounted refrigeration system using R-290 refrigerant and operates at 32-38°F (0-3.3°C) for consistent, food-safe temperatures. Its front-breathing design allows zero-clearance installation, making it suitable for cookline layouts where space is limited. A water-resistant microprocessor control with LED display provides convenient temperature management, while the high-humidity evaporator coil is located outside the food zone. The 60" unit measures 34-1/8" deep and 26-5/16" high and features a stainless steel top with a front marine edge and 90-degree side and rear edges. The 60" model supports a maximum top load capacity of 1,200 lb. (544.3 kg).
Built for demanding foodservice environments, the Traulsen CLES-60HT-ME features stainless steel interior and exterior construction, while the cabinet and drawers are insulated with an average of 2" thick high-density, non-CFC foamed-in-place polyurethane. Two heavy-gauge stainless steel drawers feature recessed handles, durable drawer slides, magnetic snap-in gaskets, and easy removal for cleaning. Each drawer accommodates three full-size and one half-size 6" deep pans, with pans supplied by others, providing organized ingredient storage on the cookline. Six 4" plate casters mounted on an adjustable channel system support positioning, while side, front, and rear access panels provide service and maintenance access. The unit operates at 115V, 60Hz, single-phase power with 1/5 HP and 4.5 amps and includes a 9' cord, plug, and plug retainer. A six-year parts and labor warranty plus an additional one-year compressor parts warranty is provided standard.
