The Traulsen CLES-48HT-ME 48" 2-Drawer Refrigerated Equipment Stand, Marine Edge Top provides reliable refrigerated storage directly on the cookline while maximizing kitchen efficiency. Part of Traulsen’s C-Series, this refrigerated equipment stand combines durable stainless steel construction with a self-contained, side-mounted refrigeration system designed for consistent, food-safe temperatures. The front-breathing system allows zero-clearance installation, providing flexibility for different cookline configurations. Using R-290 refrigerant, the high-performance refrigeration system operates from 32-38°F (0-3.3°C). A water-resistant microprocessor control with LED display provides convenient temperature management. The 48" unit measures 34-1/8" deep and 26-5/16" high and features a stainless steel top with a front marine edge and 90-degree side and rear edges. Its 700 lb. maximum top load capacity provides a durable work surface for supported applications.
Designed for organized ingredient storage, the Traulsen CLES-48HT-ME features two heavy-gauge stainless steel drawers with recessed handles, durable drawer slides, and magnetic snap-in gaskets. Each drawer accommodates two full-size and one half-size 6" deep pans, with pans supplied by others, keeping ingredients organized and within reach during service. The drawers are easily removable for cleaning, while approximately 2" thick high-density, non-CFC foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation helps insulate the cabinet and drawers. Four 4" plate casters on an adjustable channel system support convenient positioning, and side, front, and rear access panels provide service and maintenance access. The unit operates at 115V, 60Hz, single-phase power with 1/5 HP and 4.5 amps and includes a 9' cord, plug, and plug retainer. A six-year parts and labor warranty plus an additional one-year compressor parts warranty is provided standard.
