Spring USA 8656-2-28 Ironlite 2.7 Qt Shallow Casserole Dish with Cover, White

The Spring USA Ironlite shallow casserole dish offers the homestyle look of cast iron in induction-ready professional cookware designed for use from oven to table. The white finish pairs a durable high-temperature coated exterior with a cream-colored non-stick interior.

Made from aluminum, Ironlite is about 50% lighter than cast iron and requires no seasoning. It resists staining, chipping and cracking and is made without PFOS, PFOA or PTFE (Teflon).

Double handles make lifting and serving easy, and the self-braising cover features a stainless steel knob. Flip the cover over to stack dishes for compact storage.

The dish is safe for induction, gas, electric or oven cooking and warming up to 500°F and is dishwasher safe. Optional gold-accent inserts, gold-accent glass covers and a cover holder are available separately.
