Each oven deck is powered by high-efficiency patented inshot burners delivering 100,000 BTU, providing strong, consistent heat recovery during busy service periods. The Soft Air two-speed ½ HP fan motor circulates heated air evenly throughout the oven cavity, helping reduce hot spots and ensuring uniform cooking from top to bottom. This consistent airflow helps kitchen staff reduce pan rotation and maintain product quality across batches.
Built for durability in demanding kitchen environments, the oven features a stainless steel front, sides, and top along with a heavy-duty welded frame. Dependent glass doors with energy-efficient windows and a dual door seal system help maintain stable cooking temperatures while allowing operators to monitor food without opening the oven and losing heat.
