The Hoshizaki DCM-271BAK Cubelet Ice Machine and Water Dispenser is an air-cooled commercial ice dispenser designed to provide convenient access to ice and water in foodservice, hospitality, healthcare, office, and self-service environments. Producing up to 286 lbs. of mini cubelet nugget-style ice per 24 hours, this compact unit features a built-in storage bin with up to 10 lbs. of ice capacity. Its 16-5/8" W x 24-1/4" D x 31-3/4" H footprint supports countertop installation, while the optional SD-271 stand provides an alternative setup. A push-button design dispenses ice or water, and the 10-1/4" cup clearance accommodates convenient beverage service.
Built for dependable commercial operation, the Hoshizaki DCM-271BAK features a durable stainless steel exterior, removable spout, stainless steel drain pan grate, and Advanced CleanCycle24™ design that performs a two-second purge every hour to support easy cleaning. The unit uses environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant and operates on 115V/60/1 power with a 6 ft. cord and NEMA 5-15 plug. With a 45–100°F ambient temperature range, 45–90°F water temperature range, and 10–113 psig water pressure range, this air-cooled cubelet ice machine and water dispenser offers a practical solution for commercial beverage and ice service. The unit is ADA compliant and can be installed on a countertop or optional stand.
