The stainless steel chamber with cast aluminum peeling disc peels potatoes rapidly and discharge them with a press of pulse button. The wastes are automatically drained and cleaning becomes easy by means of water inlet system fitted with electric valve. To maintain hygiene and safety, Sammic peeler has an aluminum door with hermetic seal and safety micro switch.
