Salvajor S419 Trough Collector Trough Conveyor & Collecting System
The Salvajor S419 Trough Collector Trough Conveyor & Collecting System is designed for scrapping, pre-flushing, and food waste collecting with recirculating water. According to Salvajor, the system recirculates 70 gallons per minute of water, swiftly propelling food waste down the length of the trough. High-volume scrapping is achieved by multiple operators along the trough, keeping up with large conveyor or flight-type dishmachines. The system features a two-piece stainless steel tank, stainless steel adjustable legs, a stainless steel control panel, a high-impact polymer salvage basin, and a high-impact polymer scrap basket.
The Salvajor S419 is equipped with a factory pre-wired HydroLogic® NEMA 4 control panel. The water system includes an automatic water blender, a pump intake screen, check valves, incoming water valves, unions, and a backflow prevention device. Designed with a recirculating water system, the S419 rapidly moves food waste through the trough while supporting continuous scrapping operations. The combination of durable stainless steel construction and the components specified by Salvajor makes the S419 suitable for trough collecting and food waste handling applications.
