Salvajor P914 Pot/Pan Collector Scrapping
The Salvajor P914 Pot/Pan Scrap Collector is designed for scrapping, pre-flushing, and food waste collecting with recirculating water. It features a dedicated Pot/Pan Collector basin that allows problem dishes, trays, and cookware with dried or baked-on food to soak while scrapping continues on other dishes. According to Salvajor, soaking cookware in the Pot/Pan Collector basin requires much less hand work when cleaning dried or baked-on food. The unit is constructed with a two-piece stainless steel tank, stainless steel adjustable legs, a stainless steel control panel, a high-impact polymer salvage basin, and a high-impact polymer scrap basket. A 3/4 HP thermally protected, non-clogging pump supports the recirculating water system.
The Salvajor P914 Pot/Pan Scrap Collector is equipped with a factory pre-wired HydroLogic® NEMA 4 control panel featuring a patented operator sensor, a safety line disconnect, and 24-volt safety circuitry. The water system includes an automatic water blender, 24-volt solenoid valves, a pump intake screen, check valves, incoming water valves, unions, and a backflow prevention device. By combining a dedicated soaking basin with a recirculating water system, the P914 supports continuous scrapping while heavily soiled pots, pans, trays, and cookware soak before cleaning.
