Salvajor 300-SA-ARSS Disposer Sink Assembly
The Salvajor 300-SA-ARSS Disposer Sink Assembly is a commercial food waste disposer system designed to provide efficient food waste processing at the sink in restaurants, healthcare facilities, schools, hotels, and other high-volume foodservice operations. The assembly features a 3 HP Salvajor disposer paired with a 3-1/2-inch sink collar and an ARSS automatic reversing control housed in a NEMA 4 stainless steel enclosure. The disposer is constructed with a heat-treated aluminum alloy housing for corrosion resistance and durability in demanding kitchen environments. The sink assembly also includes a fixed nozzle, chrome-plated vacuum breaker, 1/2-inch solenoid valve, flow control, and sink stopper as specified by Salvajor.
Engineered for dependable commercial performance, the Salvajor 300-SA-ARSS disposer features a water-cooled motor, an extended lip water seal to help protect the motor from water intrusion, and tapered roller bearings that support smooth, quiet operation. Thick rubber mounting components help minimize vibration and noise during use. The ARSS automatic reversing control is designed with start/stop push buttons and automatically reverses the motor direction to promote efficient operation. The NEMA 4 stainless steel enclosure helps protect the control in commercial kitchen environments.
