The Robot Coupe CL50E Continuous Feed Food Processor is designed for high-volume food preparation, producing 1200+ servings in 3 hours or less. This continuous feed unit is built for quality slicing, dicing, shredding, grating, french fry cutting, and julienne preparation. It accommodates 34 different processing plates and features a heavy-duty polished cast-aluminum top and feed unit with a polycarbonate base. The oversized hopper quickly accommodates large portions, while the removable feed unit allows for easier cleaning. The hinged chute pusher is attached for convenient operation, and the magnetic safety switch prevents use if the lid is not locked in place.
The Robot Coupe CL50E features a 1.5 HP single-phase induction motor with a 425 rpm operating speed, magnetic safety system, and motor brake. This food processor includes an all-metal vegetable preparation attachment with a kidney-shaped hopper measuring 6.6" in diameter and a cylindrical hopper measuring 2 5/16" in diameter. Included accessories are the C446SA 3 mm (1/8") slicing disc and C450GPA 3 mm (1/8") grating disc.
