Matfer Bourgeat 336019 Flexipan Muffin/Cupcake Mold, 2 3/4", 24 Cavities

The Matfer Bourgeat 336019 Flexipan Muffin/Cupcake Mold bakes 24 uniform 2 3/4" muffins or cupcakes at a time. It is also well suited to mini pastries and savory hors d'oeuvres in professional bakeries and kitchens.

Flexipan is made from a silicone-based woven fabric that is laminated and rubberized. The surface is nonstick, so baked goods release cleanly, and each mold lasts 2,000 to 3,000 uses.

The mold is oven, freezer and dishwasher safe across a -40 to 500 degrees F range, so one sheet can handle baking, freezing and cleanup. Its full-size 23 3/4" x 15 3/4" footprint fits standard sheet pans.

This Flexipan mold is NSF certified and made in France.
