The Matfer Bourgeat 332225 Exopan Fluted Tart Mold with Removable Bottom is a 9 1/2" mold for tarts, quiches, pastries, cakes and more in professional bakeries and kitchens.

The removable bottom lets bakers lift out finished tarts without damaging the fluted edge and helps them cool quickly and evenly.

The mold is made from Matfer's Exopan steel with a nonstick interior. Its enamel exterior coating resists dents and scratches in busy commercial kitchens. It is made in France to Matfer Bourgeat's standards for durability, performance and hygiene.
