Matfer Bourgeat Heavy Duty Disposable Pastry Bags are built for high-volume piping of icings, frostings, creams, and fillings when decorating pastries and desserts. The large 23 1/4" x 11" size holds generous batches for fewer refills.
Each bag is made from a sterile, hygienic three-layer film that withstands temperatures up to 212°F. A smooth inner layer makes the bag easy to open and fill, while a velvety outer layer provides a firm grip even with wet or oily hands.
Sold as a roll of 100 for busy bakeries, pastry kitchens, and catering operations. A pack of 10 (165010) is also available.
