The Matfer Bourgeat Giant Exoglass® Food Scooper is a lightweight, ergonomic tool designed to replace heavy stainless steel ladles in high-volume commercial kitchen environments. With a 2.5 qt. capacity and non-perforated Exoglass® bowl, it is built to scoop and transfer large quantities of food from stockpots and tilting kettles while reducing operator strain.
Made of Exoglass®, Matfer’s patented polyamide material, this food scooper is nonstick, non-porous, and easy to sterilize. It is constructed to easily scrape the bottoms and corners of cookware without scratching, and the extended handle keeps hands away from hot products.
