The InSinkErator SS-200 Medium Capacity Foodservice Disposer helps busy commercial kitchens process waste during demanding meal periods. Its 2 HP, 230V induction motor handles waste from hundreds of servings, making it suitable for schools, larger restaurants, hotels, cafeterias and other high-volume facilities. Designed for continuous operation, this continuous feed garbage disposal supports a steady kitchen workflow. A 3/4-inch rubber mounting isolates sound and vibration, while the enclosed motor, controlled airflow and thermal overload protection support dependable operation.

Cast nickel-chrome shredding elements provide reverse-action grinding, while double-tapered Timken roller bearings help absorb shock. A triple-lip seal and secondary spring-loaded oil seal protect internal components from water intrusion and grease loss. Stainless steel and chrome-plated construction provide lasting corrosion resistance. Supplied as a basic unit only, this food disposer includes a mounting/bowl assembly, electrical control, syphon breaker, solenoid valve and flow control valve for installation within a compatible commercial system.
