    Key Responsibilities

    • Engage in a minimum of 30 outbound calls per day to existing and prospective customers.
    • Build lasting relationships that drive loyalty, satisfaction, and revenue growth.
    • Use a consultative sales approach to identify needs, recommend solutions, and close deals.
    • Achieve and exceed sales and gross profit targets within the assigned territory.
    • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and manufacturers to deliver customer-centric solutions.
    • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive products, and emerging customer needs.
    • Handle product, pricing, availability, and service inquiries with urgency and professionalism.
    • Maintain accurate CRM records of customer activity, pipeline updates, and interactions daily.
    • Draft tailored proposals and quotes that help accelerate the sales cycle.
    • Participate in sales meetings, training, trade shows, and industry events as needed.
    • Demonstrate a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

    Required Qualifications

    • Experience in inside sales, telesales, or a related customer-facing role
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong negotiation and closing abilities
    • Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
    • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Foodservice equipment and supplies industry experience
    • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot
    • College degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
