The Hatco HWBI43-2 (2) 4/3 Size Pan Capacity Hot Food Well Unit, Drop-In, Electric is a versatile and efficient hot food well that is perfect for any foodservice operation. It features a drop-in design that makes it easy to install in any countertop, and a modular construction that allows it to be ganged with other units to create a custom hot food station.
The HWBI43-2 has a 4/3 size pan capacity, which can accommodate a variety of food pans, including steam table pans, inserts, and GN pans. The well is heated by a 1.5 kW incoloy element that sheaths the bottom of the well, providing even heat distribution and preventing hot spots. The unit is thermostatically controlled to maintain a safe holding temperature of 140°F to 190°F (60°C to 88°C).
The HWBI43-2 also features an EZ locking hardware that makes it easy to remove the pan for cleaning. The unit is also fully insulated to ensure that heat is retained and energy is saved.
