The Hatco HWBI43-1DA Drop-In Modular/Ganged Heated Well With Drain & Autofill (1) 4/3 Size Pan Capacity is a versatile and efficient hot food well that is perfect for any foodservice operation. It features a drop-in design that makes it easy to install in any countertop, and a modular construction that allows it to be ganged with other units to create a custom hot food station.
The HWBI43-1DA has a 4/3 size pan capacity, which can accommodate a variety of food pans, including steam table pans, inserts, and GN pans. The well is heated by a 1.5 kW incoloy element that sheaths the bottom of the well, providing even heat distribution and preventing hot spots. The unit is thermostatically controlled to maintain a safe holding temperature of 140°F to 190°F (60°C to 88°C).
The HWBI43-1DA also features a unique autofill and drain system that makes it easy to keep the well filled with fresh water and to clean up at the end of the day. The autofill system automatically fills the well to the desired level, while the drain system makes it easy to empty the well and dispose of waste water.
