Hatco HWBI-2D With Drains Hot Food Well Unit, Drop-In, Electric
The Hatco HWBI-2D is a two-compartment modular/ganged drop-in hot food well with a 3/4"" NPT drain. It is designed to keep hot food at safe serving temperatures throughout the day. The HWBI-2D features 2415 watts of heating power and a compartment that is large enough to hold two full-size food pans.
The simple On/Off rocker switch and individual temperature dials make activation and adjustment of the HWBI-2D fast and easy. The locking hardware ensures effortless installation. The HWBI-2D is also energy efficient and effectively retains temperatures.
The stainless steel construction and brazed fitting joints of the HWBI-2D ensure long-lasting durability. The 3/4"" NPT drain siphons away liquid to prevent it from building up.
