Hatco HWBI-1DA With Drain & Auto-Fill Hot Food Well Unit, Drop-In, Electric
The Hatco HWBI-1DA is a drop-in modular/ganged heated well unit with a 3/4"" NPT drain and auto-fill feature. It is designed to keep hot food at safe serving temperatures, with better quality construction, longer holding times, and more accurate temperatures.
The HWBI-1DA has a single full-size pan capacity and is insulated to maintain heat retention. It features a top-mounted remote thermostat with separate power switch, making it easy to operate. The 50% larger drain with flat screen simplifies cleaning and holds pans level. The unique design allows for quick change of element or thermostat if needed, and the EZ locking hardware makes for quick installation.
The HWBI-1DA is made of stainless steel for durability and has solid brazed fitting joints. It comes with a 6"" conduit for convenient placement of controls. Each well has its own individual control to regulate the temperature of each separate food offering.
