Globe SG213A Premium Heavy-Duty 13" Advanced Automatic Slicer
The Globe SG213A is Globe's advanced automatic slicer within the Premium Heavy-Duty 13" line, engineered for operations that need maximum throughput, premium slice quality, and intelligent controls. It features a 13" carbon steel blade with a hardened edge and is designed for processing products such as prosciutto, mortadella, and bacon in high-volume settings.
The SG213A is powered by a variable-speed brushless motor producing 3 ft-lbs of peak torque, offering four slicing speeds and three selectable cut lengths, with slice thickness adjustable up to 5/8". It uses the same large-capacity 50-degree gravity-feed carriage as other models in the line, combined with a patented auto-engagement drive designed to prevent slippage during automatic operation.
Advanced safety and control features include multiple interlocks — No-Volt Release, Carriage Interlock, Home-To-Start, Close-To-Stop, and an adjustable Knife Time Out — along with a Clear-Text LCD interface offering diagnostics and cleaning reminders. The top-mounted sharpener uses long-lasting synthetic diamond wheels rather than a standard grit stone, a step up from the base S213/S213A models.
Construction is anodized aluminum with removable components; the standard blade is carbon steel, with a stainless steel knife package available as a factory option. The SG213A carries a two-year parts-and-labor warranty from Globe.
