Built as a double-deck gas convection oven, it provides the capacity and efficiency needed for restaurants, cafeterias, bakeries, and institutional foodservice operations.
Each oven cavity delivers 60,000 BTU of cooking power, supported by a ¾ HP two-speed convection fan that circulates heat evenly throughout the oven chamber. This consistent airflow helps eliminate hot spots, improve baking uniformity, and reduce cook times—allowing kitchen staff to maintain product quality even during busy meal periods.
The Master 200 solid-state control system provides a temperature range from 150°F to 500°F with an electromechanical timer, giving operators precise control for baking, roasting, and reheating. Electronic spark ignition with an automatic pilot system and 100% safety shut-off ensures dependable operation and safe startup.
Built for demanding kitchen environments, the oven features stainless steel front, sides, top, and legs, a porcelain-enameled interior with coved corners for easier cleaning, and a 60/40 dependent door design with double-pane thermal windows and interior lighting for clear product visibility.
