Equipped with two 30,000 BTU Starfire Pro® burners, the GTOG12-2 provides powerful, even heat distribution and fast recovery during peak service. Each burner features an individually adjustable valve control, allowing operators to precisely manage cooking temperatures for multiple tasks at once.
A common challenge in busy kitchens is maintaining durability under constant use. The GTOG12-2 addresses this with a stainless steel front, sides, and back, along with split ergonomic cast-iron grates designed for easy handling, cleaning, and spill protection. The grates also help shield pilots from overflow and debris, reducing maintenance interruptions.
The unit includes a large-capacity stainless steel crumb tray for easier cleanup and a 3/4" NPT gas regulator with rear manifold connection for flexible installation options.
