Foodservice Essentials FS-AF20S is compatible with the well-liked foodservice Hobart A200 20-quart mixer. Pizza or bread dough can be mixed, kneaded, folded, and stretched with the dough hook attachment. The dough hook arm attachment makes it easier to prepare food for large crowds while maintaining high quality and consistency across all batches because it is made for long-term, heavy-duty food preparation. The first and second speeds on 2 and 3 speed mixers, as well as the first, second, and third speeds for 4 speed mixers, are recommended for use with the dough hook. This attachment is made of cast aluminum, is easy to install with a raise and turn operation, and is dishwasher safe and easy to clean. Similar to the dough hook by Hobart model EDDOUGH-ALU220.
