    This heated cabinet features FWE’s exclusive “Humi-Temp” heat and humidity system, which provides gentle, even heat distribution and moisture control throughout the interior. This prevents food from drying out while maintaining proper serving temperatures ideal for operations that prioritize both food quality and safety.

    Constructed with heavy-duty stainless steel inside and out, the ETC-1826-5HD is engineered for durability, easy cleaning, and long-term performance. Its fully insulated cabinet and door help retain heat efficiently, minimizing energy use while ensuring stable internal temperatures.

    Mobility is built into the design with rugged 5" casters (two with brakes), allowing staff to easily move the unit for cleaning, repositioning, or transport.
