It's a tall insulated holding cabinet made of stainless steel to withstand the tough environments. Featuring unique universal tray slides, the cabinet can easily hold Gastro-Norm GN 2/1, GN 1/1, GN Maxi Pan and a wide range of sizes of trays and pans - 18" x 26", 12" x 20", 14" x 18", 12" x 18", 20" x 22", and 10" x 20".
