The JN dough divider will quickly and accurately scale and round dough into 36 pieces in weights from 1 oz up to 2-3/4 oz each in seconds. With the innovative expandable pocket, this model delivers more gentle, consistent and uniform rounding. The optional interchangeable 19, 9 and 6-part heads provide additional dividing and rounding capability up to 26 oz. per piece.
