    The Duke E102-G “E” Series Double Deck Gas Convection Oven delivers dependable, high-volume performance for commercial kitchens that need speed, consistency, and durability. With 40,000 BTU per oven section and a high-output atmospheric burner system, this gas convection oven provides powerful, even heat distribution for baking, roasting, and reheating during peak service.

    Each cavity includes 5 racks with 13 rack positions, allowing operators to cook multiple menu items simultaneously while maintaining uniform results. The 2-speed fan system promotes consistent airflow, helping eliminate hot spots and reduce cook time variability.

    Simple, manual controls make operation easy for any staff member. The dial thermostat (200°F–500°F), 1-hour timer with electric buzzer, and power on/off cook switch reduce training time and improve workflow efficiency. Double-pane glass doors and interior lights allow product monitoring without opening the doors, helping maintain temperature stability.

    Durable construction features a porcelain interior, stainless steel front and doors, painted sides and top, and heavy-duty insulation for reliable performance in demanding foodservice environments.
