The Daymark IT120650 DuraMark Date Coder Blank Permanent Label is designed to support efficient food rotation, food safety compliance, and organized kitchen operations in commercial foodservice environments. Featuring a fluorescent orange color for high visibility, these labels are compatible with both DM4.5 and DM5 date coding systems, providing versatile labeling performance for restaurants, cafeterias, grocery stores, and institutional kitchens. Each roll contains 1,000 labels, with six rolls included per case, helping operators maintain a steady supply for high-volume labeling applications. DuraMark™ labels feature an aggressive permanent adhesive that ensures dependable attachment during food storage and handling.
Compatible with Prep/Use By (DM4.5) Date Coders, these labels allow users to record both food preparation and use-by dates for simplified food rotation procedures and improved food safety practices. The labels are large enough to hold two lines of information printed in red and black ink using the Prep/Use By Marker. They also support DM5 Date Coders, which can display three lines of information for detailed prep and use-by tracking to help reduce cross-contamination and foodborne illness risks. All DM5 labels are compatible with the DM4.5 Marker except DM5 Make-Ready-Discard labels, providing flexible use across multiple labeling systems and restaurant applications.
