Cooper EconoTemp Thermocouple
Featuring auto shut-off after 10 minutes, the EconoTemp Thermocouple Probe is powered by 3 AAA, 1.5-volt batteries. Fahrenheit or Celsius selectable, it features a shock-resistant ABS housing, a large, easy-to-read LCD screen and a protective rubber boot with a lanyard. DuraNeedle thermocouple coil cable probe and oven/cooler thermocouple air probe are both available to work with the unit.
