Cook's Brand 321 3-Compartment Silicone Flex Tray (Case/24)

The Cook’s 630-321 Flex Tray is designed for correctional and institutional foodservice environments where security, durability, and sanitation are critical. Made from FDA-approved silicone, this tray is flexible yet strong, resisting breaking, cracking, and modification into a weapon to address key safety concerns in controlled settings.

The 3-compartment design supports portion control and organized meal service, featuring one 16 oz. entrée compartment and two 4 oz. side compartments. Its flexible construction withstands repeated use and rough handling, helping reduce replacement costs compared to rigid trays.

With a temperature range of -40°F to 446°F, the tray safely moves from freezer to oven for efficient meal prep and delivery workflows. The non-stick, stain-resistant surface resists odor absorption and is fully dishwasher safe to help maintain sanitation standards and reduce cleaning time.

An optional lid (630-414LID) is available for secure transport and stacking, adding flexibility for meal delivery operations.
