Cleveland SET15 Braising Pan, Tilting Skillet
The Cleveland SET15 Braising Pan, Tilting Skillet is designed for commercial foodservice operations that need efficient heating and controlled cooking in a durable stainless steel unit. Its high-efficiency heating system uses heating elements cast into aluminum to cover the entire pan bottom, providing even heat distribution along with fast heat-up and recovery. The stainless steel cooking surface is structurally braced to help prevent warping and features a bead-blast textured finish designed to reduce sticking. Type 304 stainless steel construction with a #4 finish provides a durable cooking and support structure suited to demanding kitchen environments. A conveniently positioned thermostat in the side console provides adjustable temperature control from 190°F to 440°F.
The Cleveland SET15 features a sanitary base mounting configuration for table-top installation and a lift-off cover with an adjustable vent for practical cooking access. Its self-locking marine-type tilt mechanism helps prevent accidental tilting, while the balanced design allows easier operation with a left- or right-mounted tilt handle. The unit measures 31 inches wide by 28.5 inches deep by 21 inches high and weighs 160 pounds. Standard electrical specifications are 208–240 volts, 60 Hz, three phase, three wire, with UL, CSA, and NSF approval. Optional accessories include poaching pans, single or double water faucets, a faucet bracket, vegetable steamer, adjustable stainless steel legs, a stainless steel support stand with sliding drain drawer and splash screen, alternate electrical configurations, and a food strainer.
