The Cleveland TMKEL60T Electric Steam Mixer Kettle, Tilting is a commercial steam-jacketed mixer kettle designed for controlled cooking, heating, and mixing in demanding foodservice environments. This 60-gallon kettle features a permanently filled 50 psi steam jacket with a safety valve and solid-state temperature control providing ±1°F regulation. A 3 HP hydraulic-powered system operates the agitator, scraper, and bridge lift, while infinitely variable scraper speed from 0 to 40 rpm allows operators to adjust mixing action. The scraper-to-agitator ratio is also infinitely variable from 1:1 to 8:1, providing flexibility for different mixing requirements.

Constructed with stainless steel throughout, the Cleveland TMKEL60T includes a 10-gauge stainless steel hydraulically operated mixer bridge and enclosed plumbing, electrical, and hydraulic components. The bayonet-mounted agitator and scraper can be removed without tools, while removable nylon blades scrape the jacketed surface. Integrated safety features prevent high-speed starts and stop mixing when the bridge is lifted. Its tilting mechanism uses roller bearings with a case-hardened self-locking worm and segment gear for controlled kettle positioning. Additional features include a large pouring lip, gallon markings, a 2-inch tangent draw-off valve, hot and cold water faucet, rear-mounted pressure/vacuum gauge, pressure relief valve, and level-adjustable flanged feet. Standard electrical service is 208-240 volts, 60 Hz, three phase, four wire.
