The Cleveland TMKEL100T Electric Steam Mixer Kettle, Tilting is a commercial foodservice cooking and mixing system designed for operations requiring controlled heating, powered agitation, and convenient product transfer. This console/leg-mounted electric mixer kettle features a permanently filled steam jacket rated at 50 psi with a safety valve, providing a controlled heating environment for batch cooking. Solid-state temperature control maintains temperatures within ±1°F, while the low-water safety control supports safe operation. The kettle and exterior surfaces are stainless steel, and plumbing, electrical components, and hydraulics are enclosed within stainless steel consoles for a streamlined commercial design. Gallon markings stamped into the scraper shaft provide a convenient volume reference during production.
A 3 HP hydraulic-powered mixer system operates the agitator, scraper, and bridge lift, with infinitely variable scraper speeds from 0 to 40 rpm and an adjustable scraper-to-agitator ratio from 1:1 to 1:8. Removable nylon scraper blades are designed to scrape the jacketed surface, while bayonet-mounted agitator and scraper components allow tool-free removal. Built-in safety devices prevent high-speed starts and stop mixing when the bridge is lifted. The kettle also includes a 2-inch tangent draw-off valve, hot and cold water faucet, large pouring lip, rear-mounted pressure/vacuum gauge, and pressure relief valve. Its tilting mechanism uses roller bearings with a case-hardened self-locking worm and segment gear for controlled movement.
