Its 3 HP hydraulic system powers the scraper, agitator, and bridge lift, while infinitely variable scraper speed from 0 to 40 rpm gives operators precise control over mixing activity. The scraper-to-agitator ratio is also infinitely adjustable from 1-to-1 through 1-to-8, allowing the mixing action to be adapted to different food preparation requirements. A 316 stainless steel interior provides a durable processing surface, while gallon markings stamped into the scraper shaft offer a convenient volume reference during operation.

The Cleveland TMKDL40T features an enclosed stainless steel mixer bridge with bayonet-mounted scraper and agitator components for convenient removal. Removable nylon blades are designed to scrape the entire jacketed surface, supporting consistent product movement throughout mixing. The 40-gallon kettle has a 50 psi steam jacket rating and includes a factory-installed chrome-plated steam control kit for steam operation. A 3-inch quick-opening butterfly valve provides a practical outlet for product discharge, while the hot and cold water faucet supports filling and cleaning tasks. The tilting mechanism incorporates roller bearings and a case-hardened, self-locking worm and segment gear.
