The Cleveland TMKDL125T Twin Mixer Kettle, Direct Steam, Tilting is a 125-gallon commercial mixer kettle designed for high-volume cooking and mixing operations. This console- and leg-mounted kettle features direct steam heating with a 35 PSI steam jacket rating for 125- and 150-gallon models. The kettle and exterior surfaces are stainless steel, while the 316 stainless steel interior provides a durable food-contact surface. A 3-inch quick-opening butterfly valve, hot-and-cold water faucet, large pouring lip, and gallon markings stamped into the scraper shaft support practical batch production and product handling. The factory-installed chrome-plated steam control kit and condensate valve with insulated handle are also included.
The TMKDL125T features a 3 HP hydraulic-powered agitator, scraper, and bridge lift with infinitely variable scraper speeds from 0 to 40 RPM. The scraper-to-agitator ratio adjusts from 1:1 to 8:1, providing control over mixing action for different production requirements. Bayonet-mounted agitator and scraper components allow easy removal, while removable nylon blades scrape the entire jacketed surface. The enclosed 10-gauge stainless steel hydraulically operated mixer bridge incorporates a two-piece cover with safety screen. A safety device prevents high-speed starts and stops mixing when the bridge is lifted. Its tilt mechanism uses roller bearings with a case-hardened, self-locking worm and segment gear. Plumbing, electrical, and hydraulic components are enclosed within stainless steel consoles, and level-adjustable solid feet are provided for floor bolting.
