A 3 HP hydraulic-powered mixing system operates the agitator, scraper, and bridge lift, with infinitely variable scraper speeds from 0 to 40 rpm and an adjustable scraper-to-agitator ratio from 1:1 to 8:1. Removable nylon blades scrape the jacketed surface, while bayonet-mounted agitator and scraper components allow tool-free removal. The hydraulically operated mixer bridge is enclosed in stainless steel, and safety features stop mixing when the bridge is lifted and prevent high-speed starts. The tilting mechanism uses roller bearings with a case-hardened, self-locking worm and segment gear for controlled pouring. A 2-inch tangent draw-off valve, large pouring lip, gallon markings, hot and cold water faucet, and enclosed plumbing, electrical, and hydraulic components add practical functionality for commercial batch production.
