The Cleveland MKDT12T Direct Steam Mixer Kettle is a table-type tilting mixer kettle designed for high-speed cooking and efficient mixing in commercial foodservice operations. With a 12-gallon capacity and a 50 PSI (3.5 Bar) steam jacket rating, this direct steam kettle provides the cooking performance needed for demanding preparation applications. The factory-installed steam control kit and steam control valve built into the trunnion provide integrated steam management. Its tilting design and large pouring lip support convenient product transfer, while the reinforced rolled rim helps protect the kettle edge during regular use.
Built for controlled mixing and straightforward cleaning, the Cleveland MKDT12T features infinitely variable mixing speeds with a scraper range of 0 to 70 RPM and agitator speeds from 0 to 210 RPM. A 3/4 HP DC timing belt drive powers the mixing system, while the bayonet-mounted agitator and scraper allow tool-free removal of the removable nylon blades. The mixer bridge incorporates safety features that prevent high-speed starts and stop mixing when the bridge is lifted. The kettle and exterior surfaces are constructed from Type 304 stainless steel with a #4 finish, providing a durable and easy-to-clean work surface. The interchangeable tilt handle can be configured for left- or right-side operation.
