A combination pressure/vacuum jacket gauge provides convenient monitoring during operation.
Built for practical commercial kitchen use, the KEL25T includes splash-proof solid-state temperature and safety controls with a temperature variance of less than ±1°C for precise cooking control. The control system includes LED indicators, while the solid-state water level control eliminates the need for a breakable sight glass. A rear-mounted pressure gauge and pressure relief valve provide accessible monitoring and protection. The large pouring lip helps accommodate high-volume and chunky products, while the reinforced rolled rim helps protect the kettle edge.
