Cleveland KDL80T Direct Steam Kettle, Quad-leg Tilting
The Cleveland KDL80T Direct Steam Kettle, Quad-leg Tilting is designed for commercial foodservice operations that need efficient steam-powered cooking with convenient product handling. Its Type 304 stainless steel kettle and support legs provide durable construction, while the #4 finish offers a practical surface for demanding kitchen environments. The kettle features a heavy reinforced rolled rim and a high-capacity pouring lip designed to accommodate chunky products during dispensing. Direct steam operation allows the kettle to connect to a steam source supplying 10 to 45 psi steam, with the steam control valve mounted on the console for accessible operation.
The quad-leg tilting design provides controlled product transfer through a permanently lubricated, self-locking worm-drive tilting mechanism with a space-saving design. This mechanism supports positioning the kettle for pouring while helping maintain the selected position during operation. The kettle legs are constructed from 1-5/8-inch O.D. Type 304 stainless steel and include three level-adjustable feet with three-bolt flanges for floor bolting. An insulated-handle condensate drain valve assists with condensate management. With its stainless steel construction, direct steam capability, console-mounted control valve, and integrated tilting mechanism, the Cleveland KDL80T is suited for commercial kitchens preparing and dispensing soups, sauces, stocks, and other food products.
